Shipping:  After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email so that you can track your items once they have shipped.

We offer free shipping on purchases over $50! You must choose Standard shipping to take advantage of the Free Shipping promotion once your order is over $50. 

Returns and Exchanges:  If there is an issue with the quality of any of our products, we encourage you to reach out to us shop@alltrails.com. Currently, we are unable to return or exchange items. We are working on introducing this feature in the near future though, so stay tuned for shop updates!

Shipping:  After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you see any discrepencies, please write in to shop@alltrails.com as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will receive a shipping confirmation once it has left our fulfillment center. 
Once delivered, you'll also receive an email confirming delivery. 

Returns:  Returns are a new process for the shop! You have 30 days to return items.
