Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase of items in brand new condition that are unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags attached. To start a return, please email shop@alltrails.com with your order number and description of the item you'd like to return.

Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: All orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. For orders under $75, your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

Q: Does buying something from AllTrails automatically sign me up for emails?
A: No, it does not sign you up automatically. You can opt into receiving promotional emails on the checkout screen by clicking the "Keep me up-to-date on news and exclusive offers" checkbox.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We only accept orders shipped to the U.S. at this time.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?
A: We are not able to deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Q: Can I modify/cancel an order once it’s been placed?
A: We would be happy to help you with your order once it’s placed, however, we cannot guarantee that all modifications can be honored. Our vendors move quickly to fulfill your order, so the sooner you reach out to us the better. Please email shop@alltrails.com with your order number and your specific change request, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation once I’ve placed an order?
A: Yes, you are required to include an email address when checking out. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Once items are shipped, you will receive a separate email confirmation with tracking information.
