Thanks for shopping at the AllTrails store! While this is a new endeavour for us, we’re excited to launch some branded items that you can enjoy while representing your love for AllTrails! Keep visiting as we will be releasing new items down the road.
All orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. For orders under $50, your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Our vendors will determine the best shipping method, and ship with their preferred shipping carriers.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

It depends on what you ordered. Our items are being produced by vendors all over the country. Expect to receive multiple items in multiple shipments.
While we are not accepting returns at this time, should there be a defective piece we ask that you notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after the item has been received.
We would be happy to help you with your order once it’s placed, however, we cannot guarantee that all modifications can be honored. Our vendors move quickly to fulfill your order, so the sooner you reach out to us the better. Please email email@example.com with your order number and your specific change request, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We recommend hand-washing your custom drinkware in warm soapy water. The engraving will evolve over time, darkening from grey to nearly black. With proper care, you’ll be sipping your favorite beverage from this tumbler for years to come.
Yes, you are required to include an email address when checking out. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Once items are shipped, you will receive a separate email confirmation with tracking information.
