Eligibility & Account Requirements

• Gift subscriptions can be applied to AllTrails Plus accounts immediately.

• Gift subscriptions cannot currently be applied directly to Peak accounts (coming soon).

• If the recipient has subscribed through Google Play or Apple, they must cancel or let their subscription expire before applying the gift.

Existing AllTrails Plus Subscribers

• If the recipient already has an active AllTrails Plus subscription purchased through AllTrails, they can redeem a gift code immediately.

• The gifted subscription will be applied to their account and will take effect at their next renewal date.

• If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or Apple, the recipient must first cancel or allow the subscription to expire before redeeming the gift code.

Expiration of Gift Subscription

• Recipients have 24 months from the date of delivery to redeem their gift.

• Once redeemed, the subscription duration begins at the time of activation (e.g., a 12-month gift starts counting from the date of redemption).
